Recommended Brewing: To prepare the tea, begin by rinsing the leaves with hot water before brewing. Pour boiling water over the tea and discard it. For every 8-12 ounces of water, use 2 teaspoons of tea (approximately the size of a quarter). Steep the tea for 2-5 minutes using boiling water at 158-176 degrees F (70-80 degrees C) . If you prefer a milder taste, use 1 teaspoon of tea instead.
