Matcha Oatmeal
Ingredients:
1 cup of water
1/2 cup of oats
1 teaspoon of matcha
Raspberries and/or blueberries
Coconut cream
1 teaspoon of sugar
- Bring water to a boil
- Add oats to the water if you like it creamy. If you like your oats with some texture, you can wait until the water comes to a full boil.
- Stir in the oats
- Turn down the heat and simmer for 10 minutes - a longer if you like it creamy
- Stir time to time to keep it from burning
- Add in the matcha - I recommend using a sifter to sift the matcha in.
- Mix in the matcha.
- One the matcha is mixed in, scoop the oatmeal into a bowl.
- Drizzle on the coconut cream (or other cream you may like)
- Add berries and sugar. Go ahead and add a teaspoon your favorite jelly if you don’t have any berries.
